THE RENTAL PROCESS

If you see a property you like, please drive by the property to check out the exterior. After that, you can schedule a showing using our online system or by calling the office. Once you've completed your tour of the property, you can submit an application online or in our office. Applications are taken on a first come, first served basis. Due to the high demand in our area, deposits are due within 1 business day of approval notification. If deposits are late for any reason, our office will move to the next application.

The application approval process is based on credit history, rental history, and criminal background.
