As Director of Sales for Beverly-Hanks & Associates Community Marketing Group, Dan provides leadership and oversight in all aspects of new home sales. He assists with the creation and planning of the builder/developer marketing plans, and trains and manages the company's on-site personnel.
Dan has had a successful career in real estate sales management and development for the past 15 years, and has been intimately involved in the acquisition, zoning, entitlements and master planning of new home communities. Before joining the team at Beverly-Hanks, he most recently held the position of Director of Sales for The Cliffs Communities.
Dan holds a degree in Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill. He is a past board member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and he and his family currently volunteer at The Steadfast House, a shelter for single mothers.
