Cheryl MacPhail knows the Asheville community inside and out. She has lived, studied and worked here for more than 40 years. Her personal and professional background has afforded Cheryl unique experiences that will help you find the home that fits your lifestyle.
A graduate of Emory University, Cheryl also studied art at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Montreal. Cheryl began her career educating clients on making wise investments as one of the first women stockbrokers in Asheville. Cheryl clocked over 25 years helping clients in both bull and bear markets with Merrill Lynch and later Smith Barney as a trusted Financial Advisor.
A wise investor herself, Cheryl began acquiring real estate in the mid 1990s, and became passionate about the value of owning real property. She is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association and is a Feng Shui Staging Professional. Cheryl can help you show your home to its best advantage.
Cheryl spends her spare time with her husband and their adult children when they are in town. She enjoys giving back to the community, locally by volunteering with Meals on Wheels and internationally as a member of the American Friends of Chartres.
