I met Don at the local YMCA when he corrected my technique with some equipment. A few months later I decided to put my house on the market, met with Don, set a price and sales period. 2 days before the house was even supposed to have gone on the market, he brought me 2 offers, both full price. In less than 1 month all was said and done. My house was sold at asking price in a poor market. I can't recommend Don too strongly. He did an incredible job from listing to selling to the inspection and minor repairs to closing.
