TONI ANDERSON
“Expect the Best”
Toni Anderson was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. (The “T” in her name actually stands for “tenacity”!) As a bright young woman she earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice at the University of Tampa and an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Florida Metropolitan University. During this time she worked full time, went to school at night and additionally she served in the U.S. Navy Reserves as a Yeoman. Her 8 years involved every other weekend and 2 full weeks once a year stationed at San Diego Bay. She credits these experiences for her mental and physical discipline and her tenacity to see a task through to a successful end.
Toni’s 17 years of experience as a litigation paralegal gives her a background above and beyond that of most real estate agents. Her knowledge of real estate laws, practices and procedures benefits her buyer and seller clients as she guides them through the detailed process of getting from contract to a successful closing.
For many years she and her family vacationed in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. During these visits, as she got to know more and more about the area, the more she fell in love with the four seasons and the plethora of available outdoor activities, events, and the obvious quality of life. Toni eventually made the decision to leave her lifetime of connections in her home state and bring her young family to North Carolina.
Toni is committed to her profession, to her family and to her community. She is an avid animal lover and a volunteer for the Humane Society. Her family, like so many others, has been touched personally by cancer. Consequently she has become an active advocate and volunteer for the “Relay for Life” program.
Toni appreciates that life has allowed her many travel experiences to Europe, Russia, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and all of the U.S. states. These experiences broadened her horizons and she enjoyed interaction and understanding of many diverse cultures. These experiences allow her to work well with all kinds of people and situations.
