• Tenant Solicitation- we use internet marketing & signage to advertise rental properties. A minimal marketing fee will be passed along on your final bill to cover a daily fee charged by Zillow.com. (Ask office for details)

• Showings- Apple Realty works to make the showing process smooth and streamlined for prospective renters and current tenants.  Our automated showing system allows prospects to schedule a showing time that fits their schedule and also notifies current tenants of upcoming showings.  For occupied properties, our showing agents will give guided tours to interested renters.  For vacant properties, we have a secure verification process to allow prospective tenants to conduct self-guided tours.

• Tenant Screening - We use credit reports, rental or mortgage references, and criminal background checks to screen potential tenants. This is a crucial part of success in managing rental real estate.

• Negotiating & Executing the lease - Approved tenants sign a standard North Carolina lease with a property specific addendum which outline the obligations of the owner and tenant and defines the terms of the tenancy.
