We review credit, criminal background, and rental history applications are processed in the order received.


5. Pay your reservation fee

Once approved, a non-refundable reservation fee secures the property and converts to your security deposit at lease signing.


6. Sign your lease & set up utilities

Sign the lease, connect your utilities, and pay first month's rent (plus pet fees, if applicable) before move-in.

What We Look For in an Application

  • Minimum credit score of 625 (scores between 625 - 650 may be denied if there are delinquent balances).
  • Criminal background check, with particular attention to felonies.
  • Positive rental history on-time payments, proper notice, no outstanding balances to previous landlords.
  • $80 non-refundable application fee per applicant.
