PHILLIP BRADRICK
CEO
Raised in the Pacific Northwest on a family farm, Phillip has baked into his DNA the values of hard work and perseverance. With a passion for real estate investing and an extensive background in construction and business he moved to the role of CEO of Apple Realty in 2022. His mission leading the company is to create an exceptional property management and brokerage firm that enriches the lives of investors, tenants and the outstanding team he works with every day. When not leading Apple Realty, he loves spending time with his wife, daughter and four sons, working on his small farm or serving in his local church.

CHARLIE JONES
CFO
With roots in the Deep South, Charlie's natural gifts for numbers and an eye for details led him to achieve an undergraduate degree in finance at LSU and a law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. His role at Apple Realty is to manage all things finance, overseeing the quality control of our owner accounting and keeping the team on track with key metrics on our company performance. When not working, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons, serving in his local church, being outdoors, and cheering on his LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints.

JOHN PATRONE
Property Manager - Greater Raleigh Market
A licensed real estate broker and serves as property manager over Apple Realty's greater Raleigh portfolio. He also oversees a growing number of Multi-family properties ensuring high occupancy and peak performance. John has been investing in and managing real estate since 2006, bringing deep knowledge of property operations, construction, and market cycles—including both downturns and the post-2020 growth era. Having owned and operated service-based businesses ranging from restaurants to real estate, he offers a practical, results-driven approach focused on strong relationships and win-win outcomes. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community and Regional Planning with a concentration in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. He is a veteran of the US Coast Guard and lives in Wake Forest with his wife and three children.

Property Manager - North Durham
Micah is a licensed real estate agent and property manager who excels at communication and problem solving to help clients with every aspect of the property management process. He started working with Apple Realty in 2021 while in college and has gained experience and knowledge serving in several roles assisting with showings, leasing and management. After graduating with a degree in business and becoming licensed as a real estate agent, he has moved to the position of Property Manager for our North Durham portfolio. He brings optimism and energy to the team and efficiently oversees the many logistics of making sure the properties in his care are rented and maintained to maximize value to our owners.

Property Manager - South Durham & Chapel Hill
Will has property management running in his blood. As a Durham native, he grew up around the property management industry and after a season in the restaurant business found his way back to where his roots started. He manages our South Durham portfolio of properties and both owners and tenants enjoy his down-to-earth and common-sense approach he brings from his 20+ years managing properties.

Maintenance Coordinator
Dean knows properties and has been resolving repairs, both large and small, for decades. As a licensed real estate broker and investor himself, he brings an “owner’s” perspective to every worker he handles. Dean excels in working to coordinate the repairs for each property’s cost effectively and efficiently, with a proactive mindset focused on properly maintaining the property and thus protecting the owner’s investment, keeping the owner and tenant updated throughout the repair process, and ultimately finishing the repair with a satisfied tenant. His friendly voice and expert guidance is a great asset to every owner and tenant we work with.

Finance Coordinator
Pittsburgh, penguins and property management pretty much sum up Kathy, who is our resident wizard of owner finance. Nothing slides by her as she keeps a close eye on every bill that comes through the office and ensures our owners’ accounting runs smoothly and accurately. With 30+ years in the property management and real estate business, she uses her sharp mind for numbers, keen memory, and years of experience to ensure the rents come in and expenses go out accurately, on time, and by the book.

Leasing Coordinator
Shannon has years of experience in property management and grew up in sunny Florida. She brings warmth and expertise to each step of the leasing process, helping hundreds of renters find a place to call home each year. Whether you are a renter or owner, you will enjoy working with Shannon as she guides you through the rental process from marketing to lease signing.

Grandella "gran" Gipson
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Grandella has a gracious demeanor and welcoming smile. She is the first voice you hear and face you see when calling or coming to Apple Realty. With a background in clinical research, she has a keen eye for details and helps assist tenants, owners and vendors to get their questions answered or directed to a team member who can help. She also assists keeping the office running smoothly and stocked with the necessary supplies to keep us rolling.
